A woman is in custody after St. Cloud Police found a stolen car early Wednesday morning. Police found the 1998 Lincoln Continental which was stolen from Rochester just after 1 a.m. in the parking at 600 1st Street South.

A police investigation found that the vehicle was driven to St. Cloud by 19-year-old Fartun Ali Omer of Rochester. Omer was arrested for felony possession of stolen property and taken to the Stearns County Jail.
