Waite Park Police think they found the men who allegedly tried to lure kids inside their minivan in several recent incidents around central Minnesota. Police say they found the minivan in the 500 block of 7th Street South in Waite Park. The two men inside were identified, but their names have not been released because charges are pending. Police are still trying to figure out if it’s the same vehicle used in the incidents in Sauk Rapids and St. Cloud. The three incidents took place in Sauk Rapids near Pleasant View Elementary, in St. Cloud near Southwood Heights, and in Waite Park near Discovery Elementary School. Parents are encouraged to remind children about being safe.
