St. Cloud Police are looking for the driver who hit a 24-year-old St. Cloud woman who was walking on the sidewalk this Saturday. It happened around 3:30 pm on the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue Southeast. Police say Jacqueline Peterson was crossing a parking lot on foot when she was hit by a car. That car drove away, leaving Peterson injured. Witnesses describe the car as a 4-door maroon Buick driven by a younger white female with brown hair. Peterson was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call the St. Cloud Police at (320) 251-1200.
