A St. Cloud resident was shot in a parking lot in downtown St. Cloud shortly after midnight Wednesday. St. Cloud Police arrived at the 100 block of 6th Avenue South for reported gunshots fired. Officers say a 23 year old St. Cloud resident had been shot while in the ‘Park and Shop’ parking lot between Rum Runners and Liberty Bank. Suspects fled the area in a light colored four-door sedan. The victim was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital for non life-threatening injuries. Anyone with information is asked to call the St. Cloud Police Department at 320-251-1200.
