A St. Cloud Police Officer witnessed a crash while parked at the intersection of County Road 75 and 38th Street around 7:30 p.m. Monday. The officer said a motorcycle driven by a 36-year-old St. Cloud man was going North on 75 and as he approached the intersection a car going South made a left turn in front of him.
 

The man was unable to avoid hitting the car and was thrown from his motorcycle.
The car was being driven by 21-year-old Jessica Sue Oelfke of St. Cloud.
The man was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital to be treated for non life threatening injuries and Oelfke was cited for failure to yield right of way.
