Police are planning to charge a fifteen year old juvenile boy with assault after allegedly attacking staff at the St. Cloud Children’s Home. Police say the boy attacked Children’s Home staff with a long pole and a fire extinguisher before fleeing toward the Beaver Island Trail. While looking for the boy, police say they found a Thirty-eight year old woman who was jogging when he attacked her. Police say they found the boy in the woods nearby and tased him to control and safely arrest him. The juvenile was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital for treatment and will be charged with second degree assault.
