St. Cloud Police are trying to find the man who reportedly made several phone calls pretending to be with the police department. Police have taken reports from several people in the St. Cloud area who say the caller told them they had unpaid fines and poor driving habits. When the man calls, police say the number that appears on the caller ID is the non-emergency number for the St. Cloud Police Department. However, police say, the department does not notify citizens of unpaid fines and does not use that number for outgoing calls.
