Archived: Police Seek Suspects in 3 Separate Burglaries

St. Cloud Police are asking the community to help them find suspects in three separate burglary incidents.

The first one happened Wednesday night at around 5:30 on the 400 block of 5th Avenue Northeast. Police say two unidentified black men stole more than $1,000 worth of stuff from inside a home and fled. The homeowners were there when it happened and describe one of the suspects as 6 feet tall, 160 to 170 pounds and in his late 20’s. The other suspect is described as 170 to 180 pounds and also in his late 20’s. The witnesses, who were not injured, say the suspect was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and had short black hair.

About five hours later, shortly before 11:00 pm, police responded to the 600 block of 6th Avenue South for another burglary. Officers say the suspect or suspects broke into a home and stole two Dell laptop computers, a 22-inch HDTV, an X-Box game system, and a Playstation 2 game system.

About two hours after that, just before 1:00 Thursday morning, police responded to the 1700 block of 16th Street Southeast for another burglary. Police say the suspect or suspects entered through an unlocked front door and stole more than $1,000 worth of electronics.

Police are not calling these incidents related. Anyone with information is asked to contact the St. Cloud Police Department at (320) 251-1200.
