Officials are finally releasing information of a vehicle seen with five catalytic converters and a sawzall in the backseat.

Officials had been called to 15348 Court Road 51, Collegeville Township at around 10:50 a.m. on Thursday, the 15th on an unrelated matter. While at that location, a vehicle was noticed with catalytic converters that appeared to have been freshly taken from a larger type vehicle or truck.

The Sherriff’s Office has been unable to pair these recovered items with a recent theft in Stearns County and asks that owners and operators of business that may have trucks or other vehicles that have been idle over the winter months check to see if these items are missing.
