The St. Cloud Police Department has announced that a known sexual predatory offender is moving to north St. Cloud.

The Police Department says that Jeremia Joseph Loper will be moving into a new home on the 100 block of 12^th Avenue North in St. Cloud on Wednesday. Loper was arrested after he engaged in sexual contact with a female child that he gained access to at a group outing. He has since served his sentence and is now transitioning back into the community.

The Police Departement will be holding a community notification meeting at 6 p.m. next Monday, September 16^th, at the Policde Department in Training Room A where representatives will provide more information to the public.
