The City Engineer’s Office is advising commuters in St. Cloud that beginning Wednesday, November 16th; the railroad tracks on 15th Avenue SE at Lincoln Ave SE will be closed. The closure is due to railroad repairs in the area will go through Thursday, November 17th. Detours will be posted.
