About 12-hundred eager hip hop fans will funnel into SCSU tonight to see popular rap group Atmosphere perform. The concert will feature artists from the Minnesota recording company Rhymesayers. The concert is part of their 5 day “Welcome to Minnesota Tour”, which will also have shows in Mankato, Bemidji, Rochester and Duluth. There will be a number of opening acts such as: Prof, Los Nativos, DJ Abilities, as well as Mr. Gene Poole. After the opening acts headliner Atmosphere ill take the stage. The concert will take place in the Atwood Ballroom tonight and begins at 6:00p.m. Tickets for the concert sold out four and a half hours after they went on sale last month.
