The largest red kettle will be at the St. Cloud Coborn’s Superstore along with Santa Claus and St. Cloud’s mayor Dave Kleis for the St. Cloud Salvation Army’s “Red Kettle Kickoff”. The event starts Thursday November 19th at 5:15p.m. and will feature festivities for all ages along with special guests.
The Salvation Army Bell Ringer Campaign goal is one hundred sixty five thousand dollars and has risen from last year’s goal. This reflects the rising number of families in need.
Volunteers are still needed for the bell ringing campaign which will be at 19 locations around St. Cloud. You can also become a virtual bell ringer by visiting www.thesalarmy.org.
