A repeat drunk driver from Pequot Lakes is in the Stearns County jail after another arrest in St. Cloud.

28-year-old Michael Henry Zitur was pulled over just before 2:30 a.m. on Thursday morning at the intersection of Highway 23 and 6th Avenue South. Zitur consented to a breath test that police say put his blood alcohol level at .20, more than double the state’s legal limit for driving under the influence.

Zitur is facing felony first-degree DWI charges since this is his 4th offense in ten years.
