ST. JOSEPH, Minn. — Motorists in St. Joseph are being advised about the construction of a roundabout starting Monday, June 2. At the intersection of CSAH 133 and Elm Street there will be two phases of construction lasting through September. There will be detours posted, motorists are strongly advised to find alternate routes. The timeframe of construction is weather dependent.
