A Saint Cloud man was taken to the Stearns County Jail on Sunday to face DWI charges. 28 year-old Thomas Steiner was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol when he was located at the 3200 block of Seventh Street North. The Saint Cloud Police and Stearns County Sheriff’s departments went to the area where the complaint was made at Eighth Street North and Ninth Avenue North. Steiner was taken to the Stearns County Jail and is being held for court on charges for first degree DWI test refusal and second degree DWI.
