The St. Cloud Salvation Army will be handing out toys to families registered with the organization on December 22 and 23. The event will begin at 9 a.m. and run to 3 p.m. at the St. Cloud Armory. The Salvation Army is expected to serve more than 1,000 children this Christmas.
