A Sartell man is facing charges after allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old. St. Cloud Police were called to the 1200 block of 2nd Street Northeast just before 9 p.m. on Saturday. A police investigation found that the 13-year-old had sexual intercourse on two separate occasions with 20-year-old Travis Neal Fielder.

Officers found Fiedler in the 300 block of 33rd Avenue North and placed him under arrest. Fielder is being held at the Stearns County Jail and facing charges of 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct.
