Archived: Sauk Centre Man Gets Into A Fight With Another Man On A Bus

A Sauk Centre man was jailed early Sunday morning after getting into a fight with another man on a bus. The fight happened on a bus bringing people home from Shady’s Bar in New Munich. The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office says one of the men drew a switch blade during the fight but was soon disarmed by an unidentified man whose hand was injured in the process. Everyone interviewed by deputies identified 32-year-old Justin Thomas Krick of Sauk Centre as the man with the knife. The passengers were treated for their injuries. Krick was arrested for 2nd degree assault, and taken to the Stearns County Jail. The case is being sent to the Stearns County Attorney’s Office to decide if charges should be lifted against others involved in the fight.
