Officers of the St. Cloud Police Department arrested Joel Martin Lovitz for misdemeanor theft Monday afternoon after he allegedly stole scrap from El-Jay Plumbing in St. Cloud.
 

Lovitz’s arrest happened at 9203 East St. Germain and Apollo Avenue after a vehicle was spotted by security cameras being in the parking lot on three separate occasions. The 46-year-old Sauk Rapids resident reportedly loaded up a compressed air dryer on his third trip and left the lot. Lovitz was transported to the Benton County Jail.
