A Friday crash in Sauk Rapids resulted in two people being sent to the hospital.

The crash happened at Summit Avenue North and Summit Court. The motorcycle with 18-year-old Andrew Zwack of Rice and a 17-year-old was headed southbound when it lost control and struck the side of a northbound vehicle driven by Gary Thomas Webber of St. Cloud. Both people on the motorcycle were taken to the St. Cloud Hospital in serious condition.

This accident continues to be under investigation by the Sauk Rapids Police Department.
