The City of Sauk Rapids is searching for this year’s Outstanding Citizen. Any local citizen who has provided outstanding services to the Sauk Rapids Community is eligible to be nominated. Nominees may be active in faith-based or civic organizations, boards or commissions, community groups, or business activities. They may also be leaders in human service work in the community or work diligently behind the scenes. Adults of any age will be considered for their past and present community work.
Brochures can be picked up at the Coborn’s superstore, Bremer Bank, or the Sauk Rapids City Hall. Nominations should consist of two to three sentences indicating why this individual deserves the award. Nominations should be returned to the Sauk Rapids City Hall by March 30.
