At 8 a.m. this [Wednesday] morning the St. Cloud Police were called to the 2500 block of 22nd Street South for an accident involving a school bus.

A police investigation revealed that the school bus was stopped in the left turn lane on 2nd Street South. A vehicle driven by 56-year-old Debra Ann Shcoll of Waite Park attempted to enter the left turn lane and struck the left rear corner of the bus while doing so.

There were four students and one adult on the school bus. No one reported any injuries and they were transferred to a second bus. Shcoll received a lane violation citation.
