The Wright County Parks and Recreation Department says the beach at Schroeder Park and Campground is re-opened.

The Department closed the beach on Aug. 3 after they detected high levels of bacteria in the water following heavy rainfall in the area

As a precaution, they decided to close the beach until tests came back negative.
