The SCSU women’s cross country team placed third at the NDSU Cross Country Open Friday in Fargo, ND. 

In the women’s event, NDSU’s Heidi Peterson won the race with a time of 20:50.50. The Huskies’ Keely Rubash led SCSU with a time of 22:14.35, good for thirteenth place. St. Cloud State finished with 77 points overall.

The SCSU men’s cross country team placed third in Fargo as well, finishing with 75 points overall. Kyle Neumann finished with a time of 26:10.32 to lead the Huskies.
