St. Cloud State President Earl Potter will team up with St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis to host a forum on binge drinking. The forum, entitled “The Impact of High-Risk Drinking on the St. Cloud Community,” will discuss and seek input on experiences, perspectives and opinions about the impact high-risk drinking has on the quality of life in St. Cloud. The forum will be held Tuesday at 6:00 pm in the Bell/Alexander Rooms at the St. Cloud Civic Center. All are welcome to attend.
