St. Cloud State President Dr. Earl Potter is on a trade mission trip overseas with Governor Tim Pawlenty. Potter is joining 47 other Minnesota business executives, community leaders and government officials to help Minnesota-based companies increase their exports and strengthen the state’s ties to Japan and China, the world’s second and third largest economies. The delegation left Thursday and will return on Saturday, September 18th, according to St. Cloud State officials. The trade mission will include visits to Shanghai, China and Tokyo, Japan for meetings with business leaders and government officials, presentations by market and industry leaders, networking receptions and site visits.
