Archived: SCSU Professor Writes Daily Weather Report
This December was the 7th wettest in the history of St. Cloud. The city got about 18 inches of snow last month, according to SCSU Professor Bob Weisman the mild weather we had to finish 2010 is now dropping at the beginning of 2011. As temperatures will begin to drop into the minus single digits the wind chill could be anywhere from -25 to -15. Professor Weisman also says the forecast for the second half of this week is uncertain. Weak snow storms starting late this Tuesday may produce some light snow or flurries with a chance of cloudy skies. If skies do become cloudy temperatures can be kept above zero, but the air will limit the highs to the teens or single digits.
