The St. Cloud State soccer team finished up their 2010 regular season this past weekend and when the dust settled, found themselves in fifth place in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference.
 

Saturday saw the Huskies take down Augustana by a score of 2-1. Chelsey Permenter opened up the scoring for the Huskies in the first half but the Vikings would tie it with 30 minutes to play. SCSU leading-scorer Alex Pafko would answer however, scoring the game winning goal to give the Huskies the win. The Blaine, Minnesota native increased her season goal total to nine with the tally.
 

It was senior day on Sunday for the Huskies as Gabby Najera, Lindsey Sather, Jessica Pafko and Teresa Gazich all played their final regular season game in the cardinal and black. The opponent was Wayne State and the teams played to a 1-1 tie.
SCSU finished the regular season in fifth place in the NSIC with a conference record of 7-5-1 and will head to Mankato on Wednesday to take on the Mavericks in the quarterfinals of the NSIC tournament.
