Archived: SCSU Survey Results

The latest results from The St. Cloud State Survey are out, and the results show that Minnesotans believe the Vikings should stay in the state. 550 random people across the state were surveys between October 26th and November 4th on topics including the Vikings, as well as the new Northstar Commuter Rail and public transportation. According to the survey, two thirds of those polled believe that it is important for the Vikings to stay in the state, but results are mixed on if, and how the team should plan for a new stadium.
In regards to questions on the Northstar Commuter Rail, 6 out of 10 surveyed said they had not used public transportation during the last year, but around 20 percent plan on using the Northstar rail. For complete survey results, you can log onto www.stcloudstate.edu/scsusurvey
