The brand new Coborn Plaza Apartments at St. Cloud State are at just over 40% occupancy, according to SCSU Residential Life Director Dan Pederson. He says as of last Friday morning 190 students were contracted to live in the 453 living units. The apartments are the first phase of the university’s long-term development plan on that stretch of 5th Avenue. The Coborn Plaza Apartments feature 102 four bedroom units, 18 two bedroom units, three one bedroom units, and six studio apartments. Rent for a four bedroom unit is $696 per person per month.
