Search Party Finds Missing Boy in Sherburne County

After being reported missing last night, police have found Ethan Haus.

The Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office says that the 6-year-old Haus was found at about 1:50 a.m. this morning after going missing just after 4 p.m. yesterday afternoon.

Haus was found with his dog, Remington, in a cornfield just over a mile east of his home in Palmer Township. He was found by Steve Fines, of Fines Imaging, using a drone with heat-seeking technology.

Over 600 volunteers, law enforcement, and Fines are to credit for finding Haus. Sheriff Joel Brott says, “This truly was the epitome of a community caring for its own. To see the outpouring of support in such a short time period to come out and help find this boy and his dog is heartwarming.”
