State Sen. Tarryl Clark will formally launch her campaign for Minnesota’s 6th Congressional District seat in Congress Thursday. The St. Cloud-native will try to unseat Republican Michelle Bachmann from the district in the election later this year. Clark will kick off her campaign for Congress with a six-day “Working for You” tour of the 6th District. The tour will include a stop at her St. Cloud headquarters, at 3335 West St. Germain Street, at 6:00 pm Thursday. The public is invited to attend.
Clark has already raised more than $600,000 campaign dollars through a grassroots effort of more than 5,000 individual donors.
