St. Cloud Police went to the Central Minnesota Health Center to respond to a sexual assault call early Sunday morning. While at the center officers met with the victim, a 19-year-old St. Cloud woman. She told Police that she was touched inappropriately by 36-year-old Shanon DeLayne Dudley of St. Cloud.

A Police investigation found that the two had been put in the same room in Detox when Dudley made unwanted sexual contact with the victim. Dudley was arrested and taken to the Stearns County Jail where three allegedly stolen Ambien pills were found on her. Dudley is being held for court on charges of 5th degree sexual assault and 5th degree Possession.
