The Stearns County Sheriff’s Department is asking anyone with information about a suspicious incident in Rockville to give them a call. Officials say on Monday afternoon, a man went to a Rockville home and told the woman who answered the door the he was conducting a survey for the city of Rockville. However, the Rockville administrator says the city is not conducting any surveys at this time. Sheriff’s officials say the man asked the homeowner if her husband was home and she said yes. That’s when, they say, the man left and said he would return later to complete the survey.

The man is described as a white male around 5’6" with a medium build. He appeared to be in his 40’s with blondish/reddish hair. He also had a full beard and well-groomed mustache. He was driving an older green Chevrolet PU. Anyone with information regarding this incident or person is asked to call the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office at 251-4240.
