Archived: Speaker to Address Active Transportation

Interested in learning about different methods of non-motorized transportation and what it will take to have these methods implemented? The Executive Associate Dean at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, Dr. Greg Lindsey will be giving a presentation titled Building the Evidence for Active Transportation.

The presentation will take place Monday, March 19th in the Glacier South room of Atwood Memorial Center. Dr. Lindsey will describe strategies and technologies available for counting non-motorized traffic and present new models of bicycle and pedestrian traffic for Minneapolis. The presentation will be from 3:30-4:30 p.m. with refreshments being served at 2:30 p.m.
