A St. Augusta man swerves and rolls his truck after trying to avoid two deer Tuesday night near Clearwater.

22-year-old Nathaniel Kern was heading east on County Road 143 in Lynden Township when he swerved to avoid two deer on the road. Kern then drove into a ditch and rolled his truck one time before coming to a rest on its tires. 

Kern was treated at the scene by Mayo Ambulance for minor injuries.
