The St. Cloud Metro Gang Strike Force arrested 29-year-old Travis Lipsey of St. Cloud for first degree sale of a controlled substance Sunday afternoon. This arrest happened during an investigation involving the sale of methamphetamine in the St. Cloud Area. The St. Cloud Drug Unit helped with the investigation and will continue, with future arrests possible. Lipsey is currently held at Stearns County Jail.
