A St. Cloud woman was allegedly assaulted by her boyfriend early Sunday morning. Police say 32-year-old John Allen Green of St. Cloud punched his girlfriend, a 30-year-old St. Cloud woman, in the face. It happened at the four hundred block of 8th Avenue. After resisting arrest Green was taken to the Stearns County jail on charges of felony domestic assault due to prior assault charges. The victim denied medical attention.
