Archived: St. Cloud Man Arrested After Assault On Hospital Workers
St. Cloud Police took a man to jail Thursday following an assault on St. Cloud Hospital workers. Police were escorting Michael Douglas Gilbertson, of St. Cloud, to the Hospital on an unrelated matter.
While at the hospital, Gilbertson became physically violent with hospital staff. He also physically assaulted an emergency room staff member.
Gilbertson was arrested and taken to Stearns County Jail on charges of Fourth Degree Assault and Disorderly Conduct.
