St. Cloud police learned of a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order violation Tuesday night.

31-year-old Calvin Delpatrick Cooper of St. Cloud was recently arrested for felony domestic assault by strangulation and is currently incarcerated in the Sherburne County Jail.

Due to previous domestic related convictions, Cooper will be charged with a felony-level offense. Cooper remains incarcerated in the Sherburne County Jail.
