Archived: St. Cloud Man Arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance
A St. Cloud man was arrested for 5th degree possession of a controlled substance after police found him in possession of 8 Codeine pills. The St. Cloud Police Department stopped two people at around 11:30 pm Monday in South Side Park for being in the park after hours.
While Police approached the pair, a man identified as 21-year-old Saint Cloud resident Aaron Riehle dropped a pill bottle out of his hand. The pill bottle was recovered by police, who observed the pills did not belong to Riehle. Riehle was arrested and is currently being held in the Stearns County Jail pending a court date.
