A St. Cloud man is in jail for allegedly driving drunk with an open container and possessing an uncased gun. According to the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, 50-year-old Alan Scott Benson was driving his pickup truck erratically in Rockville. Officers on snowmobiles stopped Benson and arrested him for suspicion of driving drunk, having an open container, and an uncased firearm. He is being held in the Stearns County Jail.
