St. Cloud Police have arrested a man for allegedly shooting a woman with a BB gun on Wednesday afternoon. At 5:00 p.m. the St. Cloud police were called to the 1900 block of 3rd Street North for a gunshot complaint.

According to the police report, 20-year-old Seth Richard Wallin of St. Cloud allegedly shot at the 48-year-old victim several times with the BB gun. No one was injured during this incident.

Wallin ran away from police on foot, but was later arrested and taken to the Stearns County Jail.

Police have been looking for Wallin for allegedly attempting to break into someone’s home on Halloween night. That police investigation revealed Wallin had kicked in the door to the victim’s home, damaged at least one item and then fled the scene. Wallin is currently being held for 2nd degree assault, domestic assault, and fleeing from police.

He is also being held for a felony warrant for 5th degree controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. In relation to the Halloween incident, he is being held for 4th degree criminal damage of property and burglary.
