A 69-year-old St. Cloud man has died after a house fire.  St. Cloud police officers responded to the fire Tuesday night around 5:30 p.m. at a house located in the 1300 block of 9th Avenue North.  Responding officers discovered the fire in the kitchen along with heavy smoke throughout the house.  Officers entered the home and found the victim unresponsive and lying on the floor.  The victim, identified as Charles Joseph Lidberg, was taken to the St. Cloud hospital where he was later pronounced dead.  The investigation concluded the kitchen fire was accidental.
