A 34-year-old St. Cloud man was arrested Thursday afternoon. Police say Marty Melvin Johann assaulted a 31-year-old St. Cloud woman at a home on the 700 block of 5th Avenue Southeast in St. Cloud. Johann is being held in the Sherburne County Jail where he faces charges of assault and terroristic threats.
