A 30-year-old St. Cloud man is facing felony domestic assault charges in Benton County after an alleged assault Tuesday afternoon. St. Cloud police were called to the 1200 block of 2^nd Street Northeast. The victim, a 27-year-old woman, told police her ex-boyfriend entered her home without her permission and waited for her to come home. The police report says she had been punched in the face several times and her hair was pulled from her scalp.

Police found Larry Wayne Dial a block away from the residence, he is facing felony domestic assault charges based on four previous convictions for assault as well as first-degree burglary charges.
