A 21-year-old St. Cloud man is hurt after getting hit by a car while riding his bike. Derek Allyn Anderson was riding west bound on the sidewalk of University Drive South near 15th Avenue South. That’s when police say he collided with a car driven by 29-year-old Amy Jean Baker of Milaca. Baker was issued a citation for no insurance and driving after cancellation. Anderson was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital for treatment of non life threatening injuries.
