Police are trying to figure out who vandalized a St. Cloud neighborhood with racial content early this week. It happened on the 2400 block of 14th Street South on Sunday night or early Monday morning. Police say numerous items throughout the neighborhood were spray painted with racial slurs and anti-Semitic symbols. Due to the number of vandalized items and variety of locations, police say they do not believe any one person was targeted in this incident.
