At about 1 a.m. Friday morning St. Cloud Police were called to the 600 block of 22nd Avenue North for an order of protection violation. According to police report, 31-year-old Tommy Curtis Rivers of St. Cloud allegedly violated an active order for protection against a 32-year-old and a 4-year-old. Rivers was arrested at the victim’s house, and is being held at the Stearns County Jail on two counts of felony order for protection violation.
